Health Insurance
In my office we do not accept assignment. This means that we will prepare all necessary reports and forms and submit them to the insurance company. But you will pay me in full for the visit fees. The insurance company will send you a check for the ammount that they will cover.

Auto Accident Injuries
If you have insurance (medpay), we will prepare all the forms and reports for you. We also work with attorneys and accept liens in most cases. With auto accidents, normally your insurance or the insurance of the other car covers the entire cost of treatment.

Work Injuries
Your employer's workers compensation insurance carrier has the responsibility to provide all necessary treatment to help you recover from any inury or condition that occured, while you are on the job. This includes anything that occur, while "on the clock". We will process all necessary forms, reports, and claims. The injured worker is not supposed to pay for any of the treatment costs. We accept workers compensation liens in most cases.
